VISA INFORMATION

For all participants an invitation will be send by the organizing committee. Click here to check the countries requiring visa. Nationals of countries requiring a tourist visa, please consult the nearest Tunisian consulate or embassy office for entry requirements. Generally, to get visa asks around one week, but please apply as early as possible for your visa, no later than one month.

Individuals requiring letters of invitation to obtain travel visas may contact Conference Management directly by one of the following ways:

In case there is no consulate or embassy in your country , visa could be obtained in Tunis Carthage Airport. For that, please may we ask you to send the first page of your passport (including the photo, number of your passport date of issued, your full name); your complete mailing address, your phone and fax numbers. When requesting letters for more than one individual, please include all information above for each person. Be sure to indicate which meeting you will be attending (ETOP-2012 or/and Photonics PSDM 2012). If you are presenting a paper, please include the title and the session in which that paper will be presented, or if you are exhibiting, please indicate that in your request. All letters of invitation will be sent by email in PDF format, airmail or by fax. Please allow ample time for processing requests.
